Our purpose-built facilities

The “Total Reform” Studio offers a personalised approach to exercise whether you choose a personal one to one session or group Pilates class (max 4 people). We also offer a unique injury rehabilitation plan to suit your needs, whether that is back, hip, knee, shoulder pain or arthritis. The consultations include pre-surgery and post-surgery exercise plans, arthritic therapies such as hand wax therapy and hand massage treatments.

At Total Reform, we appreciate the pressure the NHS is under and the difficulties receiving a referral, therefore we are here to make things easier at an affordable price. We can provide all the exercise plans required with monitored guidance in a professional setting at a pace to suit you.

In addition, “Total Reform” deliver unique personal training Reformer Pilates. We pride ourselves professional and take time to plan the right level plan for our clients, so individuals can work at their own pace and get the best out of their session in a safe environment.

Exercise mats and equipment are all provided, including calming scents and controlled lighting for a relaxed experience.

What’s at the facilities?

The once small outdoor complex has been converted into a modern high spec studio, surrounded in a relaxed outdoor environment. Including wooden floors and a unique reformer machine. The venue also includes a small changing room/toilet facility that clients can use. With an outdoor seated area to sit back and relax before or after an appointment.
