Beginner
Aimed at individuals who haven’t taken part in Pilates before, not practiced in few years or need to work at a slower pace due to backpain or an injury. Level 1 exercises provided within the class.

Backpain
In partnership with the Physiotherapy referral services, working at a pace to suit the individual. Using the APPI (Austrian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) methods and adapting exercises where needed.

Intermediate
For individuals who understand the concept of Pilates and want to increase their level to 2-3. Using equipment where possible to strengthen and tone further.

Fitness
A faster pace method of Pilates, using the methods of Pilates and applying quicker moves giving a more cardio feel. The classes will vary from High Intensity Training to Circuit Pilates sessions.

Ball-ates
Using small soft Pilates ball or the larger swiss balls. Great for beginners and pre/post-natal Pilates.

Roller workout
The foam rollers are great for strength and flexibility and used in beginner and intermediate classes. Adding something different to your workout.
